By accessing or using AI Stock Analyser ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rozdol ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

AI Stock Analyser provides AI-powered analysis of financial markets, including: • Technical analysis of stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex pairs, and commodities • Multi-timeframe analysis (1-minute, 15-minute, 1-hour) • News sentiment analysis using artificial intelligence • Trading recommendations (BUY/SELL/HOLD) with confidence scores • Historical analysis data and reports The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is NOT financial advice, investment advice, or professional consultation.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Be responsible for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree NOT to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our written permission • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code • Abuse, harass, or harm other users • Violate intellectual property rights • Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service without authorization • Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in market abuse

External clients receive a limited number of free credits: • Each analysis consumes 1 credit (cached analyses are free) • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable • We may offer additional credits for purchase (pricing subject to change) • Admin and internal clients have unlimited access • We reserve the right to modify credit policies with notice All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: • Copy, modify, or create derivative works • Distribute, sell, or transfer any part of the Service • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices Your analysis results and personal data belong to you, but we retain rights to use anonymized, aggregated data for research and service improvements.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING: • Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information • Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation • Results obtained from using the Service • Third-party data accuracy (12 Data, NewsAPI, OpenAI) You acknowledge that: • AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies • Technical indicators and sentiment analysis have limitations • Past performance does not predict future results • No guarantee of trading success or profitability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Trading losses or investment losses • Errors or inaccuracies in analysis or data • Service interruptions or technical failures • Third-party actions or data provider errors • Unauthorized access to your account OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (OR $100 IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE). Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rozdol, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use or misuse of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights • Your trading or investment decisions • Content you submit to the Service • Unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to secure it

The Service uses third-party services and may contain links to external websites: • 12 Data API for market data • NewsAPI for news articles • OpenAI for AI analysis • Payment processors for transactions We are not responsible for: • Third-party service availability, accuracy, or security • Content on external websites • Third-party terms, policies, or practices Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We reserve the right to: • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time • Update these Terms at our discretion • Change pricing, features, or credit policies • Limit access to certain features or users We will provide notice of material changes: • By posting updated Terms with a new effective date • Via email for significant changes (if you have an account) • Through in-app notifications Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for: • Violation of these Terms • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Abusive behavior toward other users or staff • Non-payment of fees (if applicable) • Extended inactivity • At our sole discretion You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately • You remain liable for any outstanding obligations • We may delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements) • Unused credits are forfeited (no refunds)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. For disputes, you agree to: • First attempt informal resolution by contacting us • Mandatory arbitration (if required by local law) • Jurisdiction of courts in Republic of Cyprus • Waive the right to class action lawsuits Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or unauthorized access.
